OUR RETURN POLICY
Products purchased from Brand Solutions Online that contain graphics are not returnable since they have been printed to the customer’s specifications.

Return Policy for Undamaged Items
Any unused stock, non-printed, non customized items can be returned to us for a refund less our shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee within 15 days from the day you received the item. A return authorization number must be arranged by contacting your Account Manager or the Customer Service Department prior to shipping. Returns must be sent back prepaid and in their original containers. Products that have been assembled cannot be returned.

Return Policy for Damaged Items
Any items that are found to contain damage or errors upon opening your shipment must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 48 hours from receipt of the shipment. If you observe damage to the product packaging, immediately inspect or refuse the shipment, document the damage with the shipper and contact Customer Service immediately.

POP UP TENT WARRANTY
Brand Solutions Online warrants to the original purchaser, who has registered the product with the manufacturer at the time of the original purchase (except as herein provided) each part of the product to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of twelve months after the date of the original purchase. The manufacturer’s obligation and liability shall be limited only to the repairing or replacing (at its option) any products or parts, which, after review or examination by the manufacturer shall be determined to be defective. The manufacturer should be contacted for any warranty claim prior to returning products or parts. When necessary, products or parts returned to the manufacturer shall be sent with all shipping costs prepaid unless prior arrangements have been made. The warranty shall be voided as to any product, which, without the manufacturers authorization has been modified in any manner. Brand Solutions Online specifically makes no warranty with respect
to any damages caused by nature’s forces such as wind, rain, hail or snow. Nor does it warranty accidental or deliberate damages resulting from the products use. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties; expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
